What is Kinesiology?
It is a holistic therapy that uses gentle muscle testing to identify energy imbalances (stress) in the body. In this way, we gain detailed information about your underlying issues and identify what is needed to balance and restore vital energies within the body.
Energy imbalances can be caused by stress, fear, guilt, trauma, anxiety, worries, emotional and physical pain.
During an online session, I do muscle testing on myself which will give me the exact information about the root cause of the problem.
The wonderful thing about Kinesiology is that we can locate the underlying problem and through muscle testing find the appropriate techniques to clear blockages and trapped emotions.
Kinesiology focusses to bring mind, body, and soul into balance. The powerful result is more awareness, vitality, and fulfillment.
Kinesiology was founded in America in the 1960s by 2 chiropractors, Dr. Thie and Dr. Goodheart. This holistic healing science embraces techniques that aid in the natural healing process in our bodies.

What Happens During a Session?
Each session begins by discussing the client’s desired outcome for the session. Muscle testing finds the relevant issues and systems to work on. During an online session, I do muscle testing on myself which will give me the exact information about the root cause and the techniques we need to use clear the problem.
If I do see clients in person, they are fully clothed and awake on a massage table. It is non-evasive. Some of the techniques may involve:
