MY STORY
From breakdown to breakthrough
For most of my twenties and thirties, I felt powerless. Being stuck in many toxic relationships and experiencing severe burnout in 2008, I got real with myself and became dedicated to deeper healing.
By working with the right mentors, I released limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, and old patterns. As a result, I felt more empowered, I met my husband and started loving life again. Yay!
Fast forward many years later. Now, as a Holistic Therapist, I help people by teaching them how to break free from their struggle and reconnect with the parts of themselves they have forgotten.
